What You’ll Do
- Coordinate active cases from intake to close
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Assign and track field work and deadlines
- Keep case files accurate, organized, and up to date

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and genuinely good with people
- Experience in operations, admin, or client service
